Dear. I have the above equipment, the fault is on but does not give video. the cooler is constantly rotating light lcd BacLight. The microprocessor is a core i3, the chipset is a BD82HM55. Can anyone guide me with the failure? Greetings from Argentina.

thanks for your prompt response,with another microprocessor and not change the fault,change is to change the BIOS firmware?
I have not the programmer, can be changed in another way?
