this board came flooded and the water has damaged too many sections, including a shorted KB9052QD pin#110 (VCIN1_AC_IN_R)

everything was repaired and restored, I was able to read the old damaged EC and backup the firmware, chip replaced with a new one and after hours of fighting I was able to flash it correctly with the old dump..

the board showed signs of life, charging the battery and reacting to the power button, according to the power sequence in the schematics I'm stuck at rising the slips...

strangely the slips goes like:

PM_SLP_S5# = 0v
PM_SLP_S4# = 0v
PM_SLP_S3# = 0v
PM_SLP_S0# = 3.3v

SLP_S0# should be the last one to rise (or all of them should rise together) it's the only one rising..

checked the resistances of the slips and they're all in kilo ohms,

PM_SLP_S5# = 126k and it's not used in the board
PM_SLP_S4# = 34k
PM_SLP_S3# = 42k
PM_SLP_S0# = 95k

I've lost it a bit on the step of rising +1.05V_VCCST, it can rise by slp_S3# or by an override signal from the EC, some places in schematics it's before the slips and in other places it's after..

thus I've suspected the firmware, flashed again with a dump on the site from rev 1.0 and no change at all..

flashed both main and the EC with a cut from official update from hp and no change too..

went to force rising +1.05V_VCCST by giving enable signal externally.... nothing, still no slips

where to dig ?

YC1 RTC clock replaced but no YC2 XTAL clock replacement in hands now, does it affect the slips if it was damaged ?
