A board came starting in UEFI only & an error on the discrete driver in windows, it will not initialize after switching to Legacy mode and save bios settings till resetting cmos (back to uefi)
the GPU was the suspect ofcurse, removing PL9201 to cut the power of the GPU is not enough and leads to no init..
I've missed around with the board till it initialized successfully and started in UMA mode
here is what i did:
Remove PL9201
Remove PQ9203, PQ9202, PQ9201
Remove PU9201
Remove PU9304
Remove PU9301
Remove U9305, U9306
Remove U1702 near fch
Remove R1740 near fch
tested in uefi & legacy modes
ofcurse it must be done with less steps but i'm too lazy to try again the laptop was assembled and given to the customer.
