Chip pinout is same with standard DIP8/SOP8/SO8 SPI chips. Connector pinout is in attached picture. But the best way is to desolder the chip, solder to programmer adapter DIP8, or use a "crocodile"-type adapter, reprogram chip using the SPI programmer, and then solder it back to MoBo. If You can't do this - better will be to try it in any serious IT service center.

I think to buy isp connector but for a reasonable price (if someone knows place to buy please share) this time i will try to find alternate points to solder on board or reomve chip with hotair.
