hello friends, i received this card here for repair second the client stopped giving video "suddenly", these cards have a chronic problem that the first mosfet goes short and 12v coil that filters the voltage of the pci express opens, well, knowing I quickly detected the mosfet in a short time and replaced the coil, when testing the video deeu card normally (even the oxen, because the heatsink had not yet been installed), I cleaned the plate, mounted the heatsink, turned on, loaded the windows, but after about 2 minutes on (I hadn’t installed the drive yet), the card started showing vertical artifacts, so I turned off the card, when trying to rewire it doesn’t go past the bios anymore, it starts from the video but at the time of loading the windows it shuts down.

Hi! Vertical artefacts are characteristic for memory in first time, second time for gpu. Power of memory good? Can you post photo artefacts? Thanks.

in this period when I opened the topic I decided to perform the gpu reballing, and now the board is running normally, so I noticed that the fans are running at 100% and do not accept adjustment (msi afterburn), the gpu shows that it is running 20% but the noise is hellish hahahaha, now I need to find out what is causing this uncontrolled RPM

When you reball gpu in it fix contacts, perhaps. It's artefacts characteristic for memory, contacts memory to gpu, contacts in gpu. Try warming up gpu.
