Hello, I have a laptop with charging issue battery connected voltage:0.29v and disconnected voltage:5V PQB03 voltage:13.4 on pin 1-4 and drain low. cannot find any short. tested with other battery only discharges and displays as charging in bios |

Yes @ttikoo it does detect adapter . |
