Hi sorry I can't speak russian. I have a problem with this motherboard. It will power on, but debug card says 00 and there is a red light for motherboard.

I checked all the mosfets under the heatsink and they appear to be fine:

There is 12V going into each of the SM4377 MOSFETs, but there is no output voltage, so there is no voltage going into the SM4364 MOSFETs.

I can see a gate driver on the left with marking 8BC. I believe this is ISL6208BCRZ. The capacitors around the driver are showing 5V and 4.7V, so perhaps this driver has gone bad?

Also, and this is probably not important until the MOSFETs have voltage but I also looked at the capacitors near the CPU socket. The four on the right appear to be burnt. When measured with multimeter in resistance mode, they do not increase in resistance. Also when removing the capacitors they show no capacitance. When I checked two of the capacitors on the left hand side they measured 25uF - this seems to be a very odd number?

Do a work step by step. There is such thing as Power Sequence. Voltages and signals appear in order. So check it in that order. All previous voltages, powergood signals must be OK, before EN to ISL62773 rise up to logical 1.

I found a pdf for version 6.3 of my motherboard (my motherboard is version 6.0).

The capacitors which were burnt at the CPU socket are 22uF, so I can replace those.

Проверил напряжения PWM_EN и CPU_PWRGD. Они оба получают правильное напряжение, но на другой стороне обоих резисторов 0 В. Не понимаю почему. Я попытался заменить резистор 1K на новый, проблема все та же. Когда я распаял резистор 10 кОм, он показал 10,02 кОм, что тоже нормально.
I checked the PWM_EN and CPU_PWRGD voltages. They are both getting the correct voltage, but the other side of both resistors is 0V. I don't understand why. I tried replacing the 1K resistor with a new one, still the same problem. When I desoldered the 10K resistor it read 10.02K which is also ok.

Interestingly the board will now not stay powered on if the debug card is installed in the PCI slot. It will turn on for a few seconds, and then turn off.
