Hello people, so I have an asus T100HAN that is not charging. Yesterday I took the motherboard out to test for voltages. There is voltage going into the motherboard from the socket, but none going into the battery. After a bit of testing on various points I gave up, only to find out that now, when I press the power button, the LED blinks orange 4-5 times, and then stops. I checked for voltage again and there was current going in both the motherboard and battery. After a few hours trickle charging I am back, no voltage anywhere. Any ideas ? |

So I was thinking, is there anyway I can start the laptop without the battery ? See if the motherboard still works ? |
