Good morning, everyone. I have Asrock B75M, which dies some days ago.
So, there is blown chip, which I can't identify. Can someone help me with that? I don't know if there any schematics for desktop boards.
Blown IC is between DIMM and CPU socket, marking code UP751. On the IC I only see '02 FC'. You can see board position on the attached photo.

Little update ..

Maybe IC is really RT9611A.
1-0v
2-3v
3-5v
4-12v
5-0v
6-ground
7-0v
8-0v
but 5 and 8 are Lgate & Ugate, so it's normal without IC
I have to replace bios chip, because old one gives errors when try to flash it. When install pci-e graphic card, motherboard powers on, POST and works (go to BIOS). With onboard graphics, there is no picture and no POST. Can someone tell me what is the meaning of this IC. From PDF I see this:

single phase dual MOSFET driver designed to adapt from
normal MOSFET driving applications to high performance
CPU VR driving capabilities.
Is there relation between this IC and cpu internal graphics?

Hello, i have Asrock B75M-GL motherboard and here is not enough 3 components, can you help me identify it?
There should be placed resistors i guess, but i dont know nominals.
Second photo is UP751 controller on my board.
